Ingredients: green lentils, brown rice, yellow split peas, sweet potato, carrots, dried onion, parsley, sunflower seeds, tapioca starch, sesame seeds, gluten free only oats, salt, ginger, curry: (tumeric, chili powder, coriander, cumin, cardamom, ginger, cinnamon, garam masala, thyme), pepper, flax, lemon juice. Ingrédients: lentilles vertes, riz brun, pois casses jaunes, patates douces, carottes, oignons, seches, persil, graines de tournesol, amidon de manioc, graines de sesame, avoine, de liberer seule sans gluten, sel, gingembre, cari, poivre, graines de lin, jus de citron.

Cooking Instructions: Cook from frozen on flat top or pan with oil on med-high heat for about 5-6 minutes per side. For best results, cook until both sides turn golden brown and become crisp.
