Our goal is to produce the best tasting, nutritionally sound, gluten free food around. We believe we have created that with our EhPizza Crusto.
We couldn’t find a gluten free crust that stayed firm and tasted like a good pizza crust. So, we created the Ehpizza Crusto. Our crust is flavourful, 11” round and has the texture of a thin-crust flatbread. It won’t get soggy, disintegrate or droop under the weight of your favourite toppings. The base is organic brown rice flour which keeps it nutritious, delicious and has a great flatbread texture. Just eat it!
How to Cook
Store and keep the EhPizza Crustos frozen. Cook immediately from frozen too! Otherwise, the crust gets super hard.
For best results:
Flip Crusto over (docked-side down), then add oil, sauce or any toppings. Now it’s ready to slide into a pre-heated oven.
- Wood oven/pizza oven: 800F (+/-) for 4-5 mins
- Deck oven: 450F (+/-) for 8-10 mins
- Home oven: 395F (+/-) for 20-22 mins
We find if you broil the EhPizzaCrustos for a couple of minutes once they’re baked, it finishes them off quite nicely.
