Our goal is to produce the best tasting, nutritionally sound, gluten free food around. We believe we have created that with our EhPizza Crusto.

We couldn’t find a gluten free crust that stayed firm and tasted like a good pizza crust. So, we created the Ehpizza Crusto. Our crust is flavourful, 11” round and has the texture of a thin-crust flatbread. It won’t get soggy, disintegrate or droop under the weight of your favourite toppings. The base is organic brown rice flour which keeps it nutritious, delicious and has a great flatbread texture. Just eat it!

Organic brown rice flour, tapioca starch, corn starch, filtered water, olive oil, yeast, cider vinegar, guar gum, raw cane sugar, salt, pepper.

How to Cook

Store and Keep the EhPizza Crustos frozen. Flip the EhPizza Crusto over and cook docked side down!!
Bake at 375 for 12-15 minutes. We find if you broil them for a couple of minutes once they’re baked it finishes them off quite nicely.
