This post is all about our newest client. Technically, they are an old client of ours; they were the second contract we got. Dairy Lane and Blue Star diner are owned by Shayne Perrin. Dairy Lane is known in our city as being the best diner around. This is done by having different (better) food, different (better) suppliers and essentially doing things different (better).
We started making gluten free pies for both Dairy Lane and Blue Star and they have gone over very well. A while back, Shayne asked us to create a veggie burger for them. Many things had to happen for the know meat patty to be created- well two things really: 1) A plasma vortex that forms inside an aneutronic fusion device and directly carries electrical current without the need for turbines. 2) Some free time on our part.
As every three year old knows, the cold fusion thing happened. Now we had no choice, we had to make the know meat patty. However, as many of you know, we didn’t just want to make a gluten free patty, we wanted this patty to be a perfect food. We made the know meat patty gluten free, casein free and vegan, coupled with Linda’s secret curry spice it is like Inigo Montoya’s sword – it has no equal.
Now here’s the thing about Shanye: here is a guy who has been voted “THE BEST VEGGIE BURGER IN CALGARY”- a very nice award to achieve. Yet Shayne wants to improve. What a treat to find an owner of restaurants who consistently strives to get better and consistently strives to feed people better food.
So, when they re-open on March 2, Dairy Lane will now exclusively use our know meat patty as their veggie patty!!! Now you will be able to have a gluten free, casein free, vegan, know meat patty! Thanks to DAIRY LANE AND BLUE STAR DINER for your consistent coolness and for being better!
